ILALOO Software is a software research and development company based in the Caribbean island of Jamaica. Our goal is to develop innovative online marketing solutions that provide an effective platform for promoting the products and services of small to medium-sized businesses.When did we start? ILALOO Software Limited was officially registered as a limited liability company in April 2009, after a successful soft-launch on January 1, 2009. For the first two years of operation, we were based at the Technology Innovation Center at the University of Technology, which is an incubator center for growing new technology-based companies. This provided us with the opportunity to network with other small businesses, and gain a deeper appreciation for the unique needs of this sector.
What is ILALOO? ILALOO is the name we derived from the acronym for our tag line, "Innovation-Led Advertising for Local Organization Online", with the word "for" being silent. Our name is also our tag-line, and is embodied in our mission and goal statement. This is intended to signal to both customer and staff that we are committed to our goal.
